We ship across the 48 Contiguous US States.

The dispatch date for your Sofa Bed will be shown on the website and on your order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive tracking details via email.

Returns

We’re happy to accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, please email us sale@artdecohomeinc.com

Your item may be returned for any reason, whether you tried it in your space and found it wasn’t quite right or if you just had a change of heart. We’ll gladly accept your return. Item(s) must be:

• In its original, undamaged condition
• Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
• In its original packaging. Note: If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a box that’s similar to the original or a box no longer than 108 inches. FedEx/UPS cannot accept shipments over 150lbs

Please Note:

Returns will be subject to the following return shipping fees per item returned.

Small Parcel Items:

• Items $400 or less will be subject to a $50 fee.
• Items $401 or more will be subject to a $100 fee.

These fees will be deducted from the refund.

Free Exchanges

At any time within your 30-days of delivery, you may request an exchange for any item in your order. Your first exchange will be completed free of charge. (After the first exchange, any future exchanges will have return shipping costs deducted from your refund per the return policy)

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime before an item ships. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If an item has already shipped, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.
